Childcare, Translation, other needs

Childcare will be provided for Saturday and Sunday of the conference. If you have specific needs or plan on using childcare, please email.

Please download and fill out this Childcare Registration Form, to be presented with your child. (We will have extra forms available at the conference.)

ASL and Spanish translators will be on call for Saturday and Sunday. The Friday keynote will have ASL translation, and Spanish translation upon (advance) request. If you have other translation needs or if you would like to reserve translators for specific workshops/events/times, please email.

All rooms are wheelchair accessible.

Support people will be on call for the whole of the conference.
