I would love to see a schedule…and thanks so much for all the work y’all are doing to piece this together!
Is the Using Critical Race theory to Confront Whiteness workshop directed at white folks or poc or everyone? i ask because at an NCOR conference workshop most of the time was spent focused on the participant’s feelings of “white guilt”, as a poc i felt that i did not belong at that workshop.
thanx a bunch…btw great looking workshops!
will there be tabling too?
Other,
I am not doing the workshop, but as someone who knows Sean, i feel like i can safely say it won’t be ‘dealing with white guilt’ themed. I suspect it’s directed at ‘everyone’, which i know can often carry a hidden privilege bias, however, i think Sean is very aware of this issue.
There are tabling options available.
very best,
